Tella Firma utilizes drilled concrete piers or engineered helical piers and require fewer piers than traditional suspended slabs.

For concrete slabs built on expansive soils, soils needing water injection, chemical treatment or piers, Tella Firma ‘s engineered slab foundation solution uses fewer materials and less labor. Shallow perimeter beams replace interior beams.

This saves labor and materials. Eliminated chemical treatments and water injection. Used fewer piers than used for a conventional concrete slab. Pour new slabs on top of the ground, eliminating the need for carton forms. After the poured slab, Advanced uses Tella Firma mechanisms embedded in the slab, and located over the piers, lifting the slab and creating a void. H heaving and settling soils no longer affect the slab, This virtually eliminates future foundation repairs.
