Information about the Foundation Repair Warranty Transfer Form
Are you purchasing or selling a home covered by a Pro-Lift contractor issued foundation repair warranty? Please note to keep the warranty in force, it must be transferred within 30 days of the purchase of the home. If a warranty is not properly transferred, it expires and is not transferable. The current warranty transfer fee must be paid when the warranty transfer form is submitted. Call Advanced Foundation Repair to find out the amount of your warranty transfer fee.
To successfully transfer a warranty:
- Download either the standard lifetime warranty transfer form or the limited lifetime warranty transfer form. If you are unsure about which warranty you have, please email us at afr@foundationrepairs.com. You can also contact the warranty issuing Pro-Lift contractor for a copy of the form.
- Submit the transfer form to the warranty issuing Pro-Lift Contractor.
- Pay the current transfer fee to the warranty issuing Pro-Lift Contractor.
