Tamera Gaede Attends MetroTex Association’s Leadership Academy

Arch Foundation Repair, a leading company in the Texas real estate foundation repair industry, is proud to announce that Tamera Gaede, their Marketing Director, has been selected for MetroTex Association’s Leadership Academy.

To be considered for the limited number of slots in the 2012 MetroTex Leadership Academy, each participant has to go through an intensive application process. After receiving broker manager and associate recommendations, applicants submit an in-depth registration application that ends with a 6 person panel interview.

MetroTex Association’s Leadership Academy is a ten-month program that emphasizes the development of various skills that enhance each participant’s leadership ability. Graduates of the program are part of a network of leaders with shared perspectives and understanding of the Association’s vision.

Specifically, the program:

1. Identifies and motivates potential leaders who are members of the REALTOR Association community.
2. Acquaints leaders with community needs and problems.
3. Builds a network of leaders who have enhanced their skills as problem solvers and leaders.
4. Challenges potential leaders in the Association and expands their community involvement.
5. Acquaints leaders with the Association’s structure and purpose.
6. Emphasizes the development of team-building skills among the participants.

“I’m excited about attending, and I’m proud to be a part of this unique opportunity,” Gaede said. “I’m looking forward to how the MetroTex Leadership Academy will expand both my heart and skills, not only as a marketing director, but also by becoming a better person and leader for my community.”

Gaede joined Arch Foundation Repair in 2010 as the Marketing Director. She is an active participant in the Texas real estate industry, working closely with realtors and the foundation repair industry.

Tamera has been active the community, volunteering her time towards the I volunteered for the 2011 and 2012 Keller Williams Community Service Day called Red Day and United Way fundraising for Ebby Halliday Realtors and CB Cares Fundraising Events for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
