Tunnelling
Tunnels are used to gain access to the interior of your home, without having to break a hole in your floor.
Nice! Generally, tunnels are as long as needed to reach under your home, and measure 3 feet by 3 feet in
cross section. Click here for more information >>
French Drains
French drains are designed to remove water that is accumulating below the surface. French drains are very
good at collecting water that is accumulating in marshy or boggy areas that have been created by overwatering
or poor drainage. Click here for more information >>
Swales
A swale is simply a shallow ditch that is used to carry off water. Swales are often so wide and so shallow that
you do not notice them. Click here for more information >>
Gutters/Downspouts
Our gutters are custom made for your building. Seamless means gutters are one piece from corner to corner.
Furthermore, each corner is cut specifically to fit your home ensuring that your gutters will not only look great,
but will be less susceptible to leaking. Both the gutters and downspouts are made from rust free aluminum and
are pre-painted in a variety of colors. Click here for more information >>
Irrigation
Irrigation systems typically do not do a great deal to help foundations. This may seem odd, but it is true. Irrigation
systems are designed to keep the top 6 to 10 inches of soil wet enough to support grass, annuals, and small shrubs.
They are not designed to get water deep enough to help a foundation nor are they designed to concentrate water along
the edges of a foundation, where it is needed most. Click here for more information >>
Root Barriers
Root barriers can be solid objects, sheets of material, zones of chemically treated soil (typically, the chemicals come
in the form of pellets that are attached to a fabric) or any other barrier that keeps roots from growing into areas where
they are not wanted. Click here for more information >>
