New Slab Construction
Advanced Foundation Repair, LP uses the proven SlabTek foundation system to lower builders' new slab construction costs, and virtually eliminate the need for foundation repairs. If you are looking to eliminate the need for foundation repairs, the best solution used to be a suspended slab. Unfortunately costs of the extra components (carton forms, drilled piers, and extra beams) makes the approach too expensive. Now you can have a suspended slab at a greatly reduced cost! Our gutters are custom made for your building. Seamless means gutters are one piece from corner to corner.
Furthermore, each corner is cut specifically to fit your home ensuring that your gutters will not only look great,
but will be less susceptible to leaking. Both the gutters and downspouts are made from rust free aluminum and
are pre-painted in a variety of colors. Click here for more information >>
Irrigation systems typically do not do a great deal to help foundations. This may seem odd, but it is true. Irrigation
systems are designed to keep the top 6 to 10 inches of soil wet enough to support grass, annuals, and small shrubs.
They are not designed to get water deep enough to help a foundation nor are they designed to concentrate water along
the edges of a foundation, where it is needed most. Click here for more information >>
Root barriers can be solid objects, sheets of material, zones of chemically treated soil (typically, the chemicals come
in the form of pellets that are attached to a fabric) or any other barrier that keeps roots from growing into areas where
they are not wanted. Click here for more information >>
